Business Process Analysis

A detailed analysis of business processes before the start of a system-, and/or process implementation prevents delays during the implementation, acceptance issues and/or problems with system use after the implementation.


Senora Consulting can support you with different types of business process analysis:

  • Analysis of current business processes in favor of defining business requirements, identifying process bottlenecks and defining opportunities to optimize processes.

  • System Configuration.
  • Master Data Configuration.
  • Computer Systeem Validation: creation, review and approval of the different validation related deliverables, and/or test new developments.

Maintenance and Support

Efficient problem-solving and continuous system development play a key role in optimal system use and the perception of end users regarding maintenance and support.


Senora Consulting has experience as end-user, managing a support-team and coordinating continuous system development activities by internal and external parties.
